1. Talk to your child about their expectations for the new school and what they are looking forward to. This will help you understand their mindset and what they are hoping to gain from the experience.

2. Help them research the new school and familiarize themselves with the campus and facilities. This will help them feel more prepared and comfortable when they start school.

3.Encourage them to get involved in extracurricular activities and

make new friends. This will help them settle into their new surroundings and feel like they belong.

4.Be supportive and understanding if they experience culture shock

or homesickness. This is normal and will hopefully pass with time.

5.Help them stay organized and on top of their work. This will be important for their success in the new school.

6. Encourage them to communicate with you about their experiences, both good and bad. This will help you gauge how they are doing and offer them support when needed.

7.Be there for them when they need you but also give them space to grow and independence. This is an important balance to strike.
