Embracing Cultural Diversity and Leadership Skills The GAIL (Global Alliance for Innovative Learning) conference, which took place in Auckland, New Zealand, proved to be a transformative experience for students from the Western International School of Shanghai (WISS). Designed for children aged 18 months to 3 years old, Kickstart aims to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment where toddlers can develop foundational skills while bonding with their parents.

Kickstart offers a unique opportunity for parents and their toddlers to engage in a range of age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
