The Western International School of Shanghai (WISS) Graduation Ceremony 2024 was a night filled with joy, pride, and celebration as the school community came together to honor the accomplishments of the graduating class. Ms. Jana Jackson, addressed the graduates and audience with a touching Faculty’s Speech, reminiscing about shared memories and encouraging the graduates to pursue their passions with determination and resilience. The talented musicians of WISS added a touch of artistry to the ceremony with their captivating musical performances, showcasing the school's vibrant arts culture.

The highlight of the evening arrived with the Award of Diplomas, as each graduate received their well-deserved recognition amidst thunderous applause and cheers from the audience. The Valedictorian’s Speech delivered by Emily YOO, was a poignant moment, filled with gratitude and hope for the future, resonating with all in attendance and leaving a lasting impression on hearts and minds.

WISS University Scholarship and Math Awards

Emily YOO and Jeonghyeon LEE have been honored with the prestigious WISS University Scholarship and Math Awards. These accolades recognize their outstanding academic performance and contributions to the WISS community. Mr. Jian Hong Jin, Chairman of the Board, personally bestowed these awards upon them during the graduation ceremony.

Graduating with Distinction
