Embracing Cultural Diversity and Leadership Skills The GAIL (Global Alliance for Innovative Learning) conference, which took place in Auckland, New Zealand, proved to be a transformative experience for students from the Western International School of Shanghai (WISS). As they stepped out of their comfort zones and embarked on a journey of cultural exploration, these students not only discovered the importance of embracing diversity but also refined their leadership skills.
